OPERATION AND TOOLS
Solutions designed to improve industrial execution
AVA brings together several modules supporting the preparation, execution, control and monitoring of industrial operations. Each project can be tailored to the level of digitalization and system integration required.
Free industrial performance and digital transformation diagnostic, prior to any integration project.
YOUR 3D
To use AVA, simply import your 3D model in STEP format.
Thanks to its intelligent viewer, you can understand your 3D to restructure its nomenclature or go directly to building your digital assembly range using our tools.

AVA also offers the possibility of connecting via APIs to your systems and provides dedicated macros to simplify 3D import and accelerate the work of teams in the creation of assembly ranges or quality certifications.
OUR TOOLS
OUR TOOLS

Create and deliver assembly work instructions and digital operating procedures
AVA OP enables teams to structure operations and create interactive work instructions that guide users through their tasks. Using available product information and content, teams can build operation sequences tailored to their specific requirements.
Work instructions can include a range of content, including technical information, visuals and 3D models. The objective is to make operations easier to understand and perform, while ensuring controlled distribution and consistent application of production processes.
Popular and used by, among others:

Intuitive 3D manipulation (drag & drop, hiding parts, automatic part recognition)
Step-by-step creation of instructions including safety measures, PPE, tools, animated trajectories...
Instant preview of your manuals for validation before deployment to the shop floor
Time savings: up to 80% faster compared to traditional methods
Structure product information for execution
Product data used during design does not always directly reflect how a product is manufactured or assembled. AVA BOM enables teams to structure and organize bills of materials so they can be effectively used for production operations.
Components, subassemblies and product information can be organized according to production requirements.

Popular and used by, among others:

Restructuring the BOM into sub-assemblies
Add non-3D references to create your ranges
No need for 3D software

Integrate quality control and data collection
AVA iQ enables quality checks to be integrated directly into production processes and records the data collected on the shop floor.
Component identification, serial numbers, compliance photos, measurements, text fields or OK / Not OK validations — data is automatically captured as operations are performed.
You know exactly what was done, when it was done and on which product. Data can be exported for your traceability records or interfaced with your ERP to improve the reliability and consistency of your information system.
Configure your quality controls (measurements, photos, scans, checklists…)
Define tolerances, automatic stops, and alerts in case of non-conformity
Record time spent, operator identity, work orders, and field feedback
Use your data; certify the assembly of your products

Upgrade your assembly lines to automation
Import your versioned 3D models, track and control the evolution of your assembly lines and bills of materials quickly and easily.
With AVA, your processes become more reliable and your teams always work with the correct version.

Popular and used by, among others:

No time wasted on work already done on your scales
Be alerted when parts are updated
Focus only on the steps affected by changes, without re-doing unrelated work
Always work with the latest version and quickly deploy updates to the shop floor

Duplicate your product ranges for your product variations and save time
Create new assembly ranges in a flash with intelligent duplication. If your products include variants or customizations, this module is for you!
With AVA, you can leverage your best practices to accelerate innovation and streamline your processes.
Popular and used by, among others:

Instant duplication of complete workflows or sub-workflows
Rapid adaptation for product variants and multi-level assemblies
Significant time savings: accelerated creation by up to 80%
Reduction in errors by reusing validated workflows
Resuming your history: don't start from scratch, migrate your existing product lines using AI.
Your production is already running, but using paper, Excel, or other documents. Your current procedures, even those designed in 2D, can be integrated into AVA and transformed into usable workstation-ready execution tools.
AVA Shift migrates your historical processes: AI converts your current operating procedures into digital guides—in record time, and initially in 2D,faithful to your original document.
The result is immediate: your old procedures run in AVA, with integrated traceability and quality controls. Your historical processes become immediately usable in AVA.
Your historical data becomes immediately usable in AVA. You secure your existing data from day one, without re-entry or document redesign projects, and you digitize your new product lines in 3D.

Distribute your assembly ranges everywhere, both on-site and on the go
With the app, your operators and technicians can access your clear and reliable interactive 3D instructions, even outside the workshop.
No more paperwork or improvisation: your certified and up-to-date procedures are readily available, online or offline. They can also be shared with your subcontractors
Seamless browsing of product ranges on tablet, PC or smartphone
Intuitive 3D manipulation to zoom, rotate and understand each step
Access to instructions, PPE, tools and animated pathways
Offline mode for use outdoors or in areas without network coverage.
MATERIAL
AVA, 3D accessible everywhere: PC, tablet, smartphone
The only requirement to use AVA is an internet connection to access the platform (after subscribing).
AVA is based on video game technology that simplifies 3D models. As a result, you don't need supercomputers! A computer or tablet with at least 4 to 8 GB of RAM is more than enough.
For streaming, you simply need a device with a screen: tablet, smartphone, or computer.

DEPLOYMENT
Two ways to get started with AVA
With an AVA license, you remain fully autonomous: we train your teams, and you manage your own data — including internal production, subcontractors and your after-sales service network — with up to ten authoring users.
With an integration project, we support you end-to-end and commit to delivering a measurable return on investment
OPTION 01
AVA License
Initial training followed by full autonomy in managing your work instructions, bills of materials and digital guides. Ideal for digitizing your work instructions.
You remain fully autonomous over your data
OPTION 02 — RECOMMENDED
Integration & Support
Process and data assessment, potential ROI analysis, modeling, configuration and implementation. Part of our project fees is conditional on achieving the agreed return on investment.
Commitment to results

50% of your expenses covered
Awarded the "Industry of the Future Consulting" label by ENE and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AURA) Region, AVA allows you to benefit from 50% coverage of your expenses, financed by ENE. This aid is reserved for companies located in the AURA region, subject to eligibility.

AVA is a French software publisher that enables companies to digitize their work instructions and distribute their instruction leaflets via mobile application.
