POKA-YOKE
Detect the error as it occurs, not three steps later
For critical operations, AVA incorporates poka-yoke: as soon as an operation is performed incorrectly, the system flags it and prevents further progress. This prevents errors from propagating through the assembly, limiting rework, rejects, and deviations.
Control can be supported by connected tools—torque wrenches, screwdrivers—whose results are automatically transmitted. Compliance is continuously verified without adding to the operator's workload.
TRACEABILITY
Real-time traceability, without administrative effort
Everything done in AVA is tracked: component listing, serial number, photo confirming conformity, measurement, textbox entry, and OK/Not OK confirmation. Data is automatically retrieved during execution, within the exact context of the operation.
