For prototype production, our solution enables you to provide information to all those involved in the project - suppliers, processors and assemblers - without having to produce drawings, and without having to transfer the information contained in the 3D digital mock-up to 2D.
Based on the digital mock-up, our tool enables you to break down the future product into detailed assembly steps, with part numbers from the bill of materials. Create as many stages as you need. You define the sub-assemblies to be produced by subcontractors, which you can distribute by giving them access.
Internally too, you give access to the fitters, who receive the information and their assembly routines on a digital tablet. From there, they can visualize the actions to be taken with the right part numbers to assemble the prototype product. As early as the conceptual phase, an exchange can take place between the design office and the prototype workshop to discuss the best solutions for designing the future.
